Contact Massader
What products does Massader supply?

Massader coordinates electrical and substation products, cables and cable accessories, mechanical and piping products, and project-specific fabrication requirements. The catalog describes the approved scope; individual compliance and availability are confirmed for each enquiry.

Which industries does Massader serve?

The website describes support for EPC and construction, power and substations, oil and gas, petrochemical and process industries, water and utilities, industrial plants and infrastructure requirements in Saudi Arabia.

Can Massader source products not listed in the catalog?

Customers may submit an enquiry for an unlisted industrial requirement. Massader will review whether it fits the company’s supply scope; no sourcing result, authorization or availability is guaranteed.

How can I submit an RFQ?

Use the Request a Quote page to prepare the requirement, then send it to [email protected] through the currently available email channel. A future secure online workflow will be identified clearly when enabled.

What information should an RFQ include?

Include the product or service description, application, quantities and units, technical specifications, relevant standards, preferred manufacturer or part number when applicable, delivery location, requested date and available project references.

Can drawings, BOQs and datasheets be attached?

Relevant documents can improve review. The current public website does not receive uploads; contact [email protected] to confirm the appropriate exchange method before sending confidential or unusually large files.

Does an RFQ submission create a contract?

No. An RFQ is a request for review and does not create an offer, quotation, purchase acceptance or contract. Any commitment must be stated separately in documents accepted by authorized parties.

Are listed products guaranteed to be available?

No. Product records and category pages do not represent live stock. Availability, compliance, price, lead time and delivery are confirmed only for a specific enquiry.

Does Massader represent every displayed manufacturer?

No. A manufacturer, brand or model reference may describe a customer requirement or sourcing context. It does not by itself imply agency, exclusivity, authorization or endorsement.

Can Massader support customized fabrication?

Massader can coordinate project-specific fabrication enquiries through suitable subcontractors or workshops against approved drawings, specifications, materials, inspection requirements and responsibilities. Feasibility is confirmed only after review.

What testing and commissioning support is available?

Support may include coordination of inspection, testing, documentation, verification and commissioning activities defined by the customer and project scope. The exact responsibility, acceptance criteria and outcome are not guaranteed by the website.

Which delivery locations can be requested?

Customers may state the required project or delivery location in Saudi Arabia or another destination relevant to the enquiry. The ability, terms and timing for delivery are assessed and confirmed separately.

How is submitted information handled?

Information is used to review, communicate about and process the enquiry, with access limited to relevant personnel and service providers. See the Privacy Policy for recipients, Microsoft 365, retention, transfers and rights.

How can Massader be contacted?

Email [email protected] or use the Contact page for the Al Khobar address, business hours and map link. No public telephone number is currently published.

How can I submit a privacy or Saudi PDPL request?

Email [email protected] with the subject “Personal Data Request”, identify the right or concern, and provide enough context to locate the relevant information. Do not initially attach identity documents.
